Santa Fé & North Seymour

Galapagos Islands - Islands of The Galapagos

South-east of Puerto Ayora, the golden beaches of Santa Fe are littered with sea-lion and offers excellent snorkelling in the sparkling waters.

Lightly coloured Land iguanas roam amongst the giant prickly pears and along with the unique rice rat are endemic to the island. North of Baltra, the black, basaltic rock of north Seymour harbours some of the largest colonies of blue-footed boobies and frigate birds in the Galapagos while endemic land iguanas share the rocky shores with a growling mass of sea-lions.
