• Guides: We provide you with your own personal guide and driver, where indicated in the proposal. The guides we use are friendly, knowledgeable, speak excellent English and fully trained and licensed.
• Vehicles: You will have your own car and driver available where indicated in the proposal. This allows you flexibility to go where you want, when you want within that particular destination.
• Flexibility: We are fully flexible concerning your sightseeing and the pace of your trip.
• Choice of activities:  We have a larger range of activities than many other tour operators offer and if you have requests of your own we will be happy to try and accommodate where we can!
• Comfort and safety: We can ensure that you will have good quality, comfortable accommodation during your holiday. Safety and hygiene is not something that can be taken for granted and therefore we only offer accommodation with standards that meet our own high expectations.
• Security: We provide you with a 24 hour emergency point of contact in China during your stay who you (or your family at home) can call at any time as well as a 24 hours contact here in our Australian office.
• No Forced Shopping –  We do not approve of nor do we endorse this behaviour and will not tolerate it from the guides or the drivers we use – this is your holiday and your valuable time should not be wasted fending off unwanted shop-keepers!
