The lodge’s elegant El Jardin restaurant delivers good international food overlooking the gardens while the adjoining bar is a popular haunt for guests and often hosts talks and slideshows on the area’s unique flora and fauna. There are a number of carefully groomed trails through the grounds where guests can spot bellbirds, humming birds and toucanets and even on occasion the odd monkey and agouti.
