On the opposite bank of the river, there’s a beautiful little village filled with many log buildings.

It’s dominated by a grand Baroque complex that used to be one of the most notable spa locations in the Czech lands. Count Å pork established a spa sanatorium here at the end of the 17th century after discovering a healing spring. The spa was famous for its rich cultural life, including lavish balls, plays, and hunts. Although its fame has faded over time, the magnificent and pure Baroque beauty still overwhelms visitors to this day.
