Anaklia

Georgia - Western Georgia

Anaklia is a seaside resort in Western Georgia, with a coastline stretching 8 km along the Black Sea, shrouded in mist and low clouds.

The hills and soaring snow-capped peaks of Georgia’s second city are a charismatic place with a charming Old Town and a fantastic subtropical climate. Overlooked by the calm waters of the Black Sea, Georgia’s key summer resort enjoys an extensive beach and a vast and beautifully maintained corniche. At the promenade’s western end, the longest pedestrian bridge in Europe, at 540 metres, connects the resort to the village of Ganmukhuri, located on the opposite side of the Inguri River.
