Day 1

Fly to Vienna

Day 1

Arrive in Vienna

Arrive at Vienna airport or train station and be met by your local driver and guide, who will take you to your hotel for the next two nights. Once settled, enjoy a private tour of the city’s highlights, strolling through the historic Innere Stadt. Visit St. Stephen’s Cathedral and Hofburg Palace, once the centre of the Habsburg Empire.

Day 2

Exploring Vienna

This morning, after breakfast, visit the Kunsthistorisches Museum, which showcases a vast collection of art, and soak up the sun in the gardens of Schönbrunn Palace. If you like, tonight you can take in a classical concert or explore the Naschmarkt and enjoy a truly Austrian flavour.

Day 3

Travel to Bratislava

Meet your driver this morning, who will escort you to the Vienna train station to start your train journey. Your first stop will be Bratislava. Upon arrival, meet with your local guide, who will take you on a walking tour of this vibrant city. Explore the vibrant streets, including the iconic Michael’s Gate and Hviezdoslav Square.

Day 4

Day Trip to a Castle

This morning, you’ll take a slight detour and, with your driver, travel to the picturesque town of Trnava. Meet with your guide and explore Devin Castle, a historic site overlooking the confluence of the Morava and Danube Rivers. In the afternoon, return to Bratislava for a guided tour and tasting at a local craft brewery, offering a unique experience of Slovak beer.

Day 5

Train to Budapest

After breakfast, take the train to Budapest. Meet your guide for a private afternoon tour of Buda Castle and explore Fisherman’s Bastion and take in the views of the Parliament Building. In the evening, why not enjoy a spa treatment at one of Budapest’s famous spas, like Gellért or Széchenyi.

Day 6

Discovering Budapest

This morning, explore District VII with your guide, home to the famous ruin bars. You’ll also explore the Great Market Hall and sample local produce with your guide.
The afternoon take a cruise on the Danube.

Day 7

Final Day in Budapest

After breakfast, visit Heroes’ Square and the adjacent City Park. Here, enjoy a coffee in a traditional café and soak in the atmosphere. Tomorrow you’re heading to the airport for your onward flight.
