Makgadikgadi Pans

The Makgadikgadi is a spectacular destination; you can spend an evening by the roaring campfire, gazing at an endless sky. Some of Botswana’s most impressive concentrations of wildlife occur here large herds of wildebeest and zebra, elephant, giraffe, antelope, white rhino, predators, hippo, crocodile and many bird species. Okavango Delta

Today you will be transferred to the Okavango Delta, Officially declared UNESCO’s 1000th World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, the Okavango Delta is undeniably Botswana’s evergreen crown jewel. Here you will stay in classically styled tents raised on wooden platforms, overlooking this pristine wilderness. Chobe National Park

Botswana has a semi-arid climate, which means warm temperatures and sparse rainfall throughout the year. The rainy season runs from November to April, with most of the rain falling during the months of December and January. The summers are hot and dry, with temperatures reaching up to 35°C. The winters are mild and dry, with temperatures dropping to an average of around 20°C.
