Day 1
Arrive Panama City
Day 2-3
Panama city
Explore Panama City and discover the new part of the city and the Casco Viejo with your guide. Head out of the city on the Gamboa wildlife excursion to spot some of the local fauna as you walk along the famous Pipeline road looking for birdlife, climb a 40 meter tower for canopy views and take a boat trip on the Gatun lake to look for capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys and three toed sloths.
Day 4-6
Boquete
Fly to David and transfer to the charming mountain town of Boquete, in the Chiriqui province in Western Panama. The cool, temperate climate, coffee plantations and lush cloud forests make Boquete a popular destination for nature lovers, hikers and coffee enthusiasts. Stay three nights at the hotel and coffee estate Finca Lerida. During your time here, take a coffee tour and go whitewater rafting. The five trails across the coffee estate’s 264 acre property are waiting to be explored at your own pace.
Day 7-10
Leave Boquete and travel by road and boat to the Bocas del Toro Archipelago. Home to Panama’s first national marine park, Bocas del Toro is an area of white sand beaches, coral reefs, mangroves and lush rainforests. With a stay at La Coralina resort, it’s time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean views, snorkel with tropical fish, explore the islands or indulge in some spa treatments.
