Day 1

Train to Luxembourg City

Arrive in Luxembourg City

Today as you step off the train, your adventure begins. Meet your driver, who will escort you to your hotel for the next four nights. Once you’ve settled in, meet your guide and start exploring this amazing city. Visit Place Guillaume II and the Grand Ducal Palace in the Old Town. After lunch, enjoy a guided tour of the Bock Casemates, where you’ll learn about the city’s fortifications and its remarkable history.

Day 2

Vianden Castle and the Ardennes

Meet your driver this morning after breakfast and explore Vianden, famous for its castle perched above the valley. With your guide, explore the castle and learn about the fascinating history of Luxembourg’s past. This afternoon, if you like, go for a hike in the Ardennes and enjoy breathtaking views of the Luxembourgish countryside.

Day 3

A Day in the Moselle Valley

This morning, head to the Moselle Valley. Start the day with a visit to the historic town of Remich, where you can stroll along the riverside promenade. In the afternoon, visit one of the award-winning local wineries for lunch and a private tasting.

Day 4

Exploring the Mullerthal Region

Known as Luxembourg’s Little Switzerland, this morning will start with a drive to the Mullerthal Region. Spend the day hiking through the stunning landscapes, with stops at notable sites such as Schiessentumpel Waterfall and the Hohllay Cave. In the afternoon, relax at your hotel.

Day 5

Cultural Immersion and Departure

This morning, head back to Luxembourg City for a day of culture. Visit the National Museum of History and Art, where you can admire a collection of Luxembourgish art. After Lunch, enjoy some leisure time at the charming Place d’Armes, where you can do last-minute shopping for souvenirs or relax at a sidewalk café.

Luxembourg has a temperate climate with mild winters and warm summers. The average temperature in January, the coldest month, is around 0°C. The best time to visit Luxembourg is during the summer months from June to August when the weather is pleasant and there are many outdoor activities to enjoy. However, if you prefer cooler temperatures and fewer crowds, spring and autumn can also be great times to visit.
