When to travel

Denmark is a beautiful country to visit, but it’s always important to be prepared for the weather. The best time to visit is during the summer months, from June to August, when temperatures are mild and pleasant. However, even during these months, it can be a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings. In the autumn and winter, temperatures can drop significantly, with rain and occasional snowfall. It’s always a good idea to check the weather forecast before your trip to ensure you are prepared for any conditions.

Add onā€™s

There are many add-on holiday options to this Norway itinerary; for example, you could head to Sweden, which is located just across the water from Denmark and easily accessible by ferry or bridge. Stockholm, the Swedish capital, is a beautiful city with plenty to see and do, and the surrounding countryside is full of forests, lakes, and picturesque towns. Finland, located to the east of Sweden, is accessible by ferry or plane. Helsinki, the Finnish capital, is a vibrant city with a rich cultural scene, and the country’s stunning wilderness areas are perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and skiing. Finally, you might also consider Iceland, located to the northwest of Norway and easily accessible by plane. Reykjavik, the Icelandic capital, is a quirky and charming city, and the country’s natural wonders, like geysers, glaciers, and hot springs, are truly awe-inspiring.
