Makgadikgadi Pans
The Makgadikgadi is a spectacular destination; you can spend an evening by the roaring campfire, gazing at an endless sky. Some of Botswana’s most impressive concentrations of wildlife occur here large herds of wildebeest and zebra, elephant, giraffe, antelope, white rhino, predators, hippo, crocodile and many bird species. For the next few days, you can explore your surroundings on 4×4 game drives, embark on a floating hide experience at sunset or enjoy early morning Bushman-guided nature walks.
Day 5-7
Central Kalahari Game Reserve
Today you will be transferred to Central Kalahari Game Reserve, where you will be met by camp staff. This magnificent expanse is a not-to-be-missed attraction when embarking on a Botswana safari. The Central Kalahari Game Reserve is the second largest reserve in the world and by far the most remote reserve in southern Africa. Arrive at your camp and unwind in the luxurious, eco-friendly suites. Private verandas overlook the vast expanse of jade-coloured bushlands that wonderfully camouflage its wildlife and create an air of enigma.
