ferrari Test Drive & Chianti

Delivery of the Ferrari Portofino car directly at the hotel. Drive approximately 30 km (1 hour). Explore Florence and its surroundings with the exclusive test drive service. Guided tour through the picturesque roads of the Tuscan countryside with
panoramic stops for taking photos. Experience the adrenaline of driving with a professional driver to ensure a safe and unforgettable driving experience.

The tour takes place in a group with other visitors and lasts about two hours. The itinerary winds through the interior and exterior of the winery, with particular attention to the phases of the production process, architectural aspects, and contemporary art works that enrich the path. Access reserved to the production floor, through the barrels, leads to the aging cellar, the area dedicated to large barrels. The tasting takes place in the suggestive suspended room or in the cozy Barrel Room and includes 4 wines.

Chinati Cooking

The cooking class involves preparing an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, guided by our chef. Following the cooking session, guests will taste the dishes they prepared paired with the winery’s wines. The menu varies depending on the season and should be requested during booking. Sample menu: Appetizer paired with Chardonnay IGT, First course with Chianti Classico Riserva, Second course with Solare IGT, Dessert and coffee.

Day 4

Brunello Winery Visit

Todayā€™s wine tour and tasting is divided into two parts: a tour of the winery and a unique tasting experience. During the winery tour, you will learn about the meticulous attention to detail required throughout the winemaking process. You will taste six wines, a fine selection of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts, fresh bread, extra virgin olive oil, and honey. To conclude the tasting, you can guess a blind wine carefully selected to enhance your experience.

Customise your fragrance

This is a unique, individual session with a specialist. Your custom fragrance will be formulated from a unique blend just for you! The specialist will guide you through the top, heart, and base notes to create your original formula. Relax and smell the fragrance of roses, peonies, gardenias, etc. We look forward to welcoming you! The workshop will take place in a unique atmosphere within the historic cellars of a Palace in the city centre.
