Pumulani is situated on the westside of the Nankumba Peninsula in the South end of Lake Malawi. The beauty of this lake is indescribable. Pumulani is a piece of lake paradise. The glamorous rooms are like something out of a James Bond film equipped with sliding doors, not to mention they are built on the side of a hill to give you the most spectacular views in the bay. Each room is bigger than a London apartment featuring massive en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and baths big enough for you and a few Bond girls! The lodge itself has two pools, one on the beach and an infinity pool at the top of the hill overlooking the bay and is perfectly placed near the bar for that mid-afternoon martini! With a locally hand-built dhow, you can sail around the lake for a memorable breakfast or perfect sundowner.
