Peru, Bolivia & Brazil: Lima – Amazon – Cusco – Inca Trail – Machu Picchu – Lake Titicaca – La Paz – Iguassu – The Pantanal - Rio

A spectacular trip from Lima to Rio that cuts through the very heart of the continent, from Pacific to Atlantic coast. The hike takes you up across the snow-capped face of Mount Salkantay to 4600m above sea level before dropping you down to the lush cloudforest of the Santa Teresa river valley. From there, you join an Inca trail though the recently discovered ruins of Llactapata to reach Aguas Calientes and the glorious citadel of Machu Picchu.
